Terms and Conditions

All sailing trips are subject to weather, marine conditions, captain approval, and availability. Safety is always the highest priority, and Captain Pete may adjust, delay, or reschedule any voyage.

Bookings are confirmed directly with Captain Pete. Guest capacity limits apply: up to six guests for the two-hour sailing adventure and a maximum of two guests for the 24-hour island adventure.

Guests are expected to follow all instructions from the captain while aboard. Guests should arrive on time at Vineyard Haven with appropriate clothing and footwear.

Yacht delivery services are arranged individually. Scope, schedule, route, insurance requirements, and vessel condition are agreed in writing prior to departure.
